- WORCESTER, Mass. (AP)—Chris Lum threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns and ran
for another 64 yards as Lehigh defeated Holy Cross 34-17 on Saturday for its fifth straight win
- Extra Point: **The victory, coupled with Colgate’s win over
Lafayette, gave the Mountain Hawks (7-2, 3-0) at least a share of the Patriot League championship.
Lehigh can win the title outright if it beats Georgetown this Saturday.
Week-10 Review:
-Lehigh (7-2, 3-0 Patriot League) won its fifth consecutive game and clinched at least a share of
the Patriot League title for the first time since 2006 after beating Holy Cross
(4-5, 1-2), 34-17, on Saturday at Fitton Field. -- Junior running back Nate Eachus
gained 212 yards and scored two touchdowns as Colgate (5-4, 2-2) snapped a two-game

hopes with a 24-14 victory over the Leopards on Saturday at Andy Kerr Stadium. -- Fordham (5-5)
earned its third straight victory with a 33-21 triumph at Bucknell (1-8) on Saturday at Christy

Week-11 Game-of-the-Week: Lehigh at Georgetown
Week-11 Preview:Lehigh can win the outright
Patriot League title if it beats Georgetown this Saturday.
The Mountain Hawks clinched a share of the title for the first
time since 2006 with a 34-17 win at Holy Cross on Saturday. It gave Lehigh
nine Patriot League titles, extending the program's mark for the top total
in Patriot League history. Now, Lehigh is in search of its first outright
crown since 2001 and first postseason appearance since 2004. Even if Lehigh
loses on Saturday, it can still capture the outright title and automatic playoff
berth with a win at Lafayette next week. But if the Mountain Hawks do lose twice,
every other team in the Patriot League can still get in the mix for a share of the
title. The other five squads each enter Saturday with two League losses, so Saturday's
games could prove crucial if the Mountain Hawks slip up. Colgate heads to Bucknell in
its last Patriot League game of the season. The Raiders are 2-2 entering the day,
trying to give Head Coach Dick Biddle his 14th winning League record in 15 seasons at
the helm. The Bison are trying to avoid going winless at Christy Mathewson-Memorial
Stadium as they play their home finale. Holy Cross and Lafayette have another rendition
of a matchup that has featured exciting and important games in recent seasons, including
a 28-26 Crusader victory in Worcester last season with the League title on the line
for both teams. Lafayette will try to earn payback for that outcome when the teams
meet in Easton this year.

- Extra Point: The Cowboys (5-4, 4-1 Southland) finished with 439 total offense
yards to Sam Houston’s 408 yards.
Week-10 Review:
Central Arkansas entered Saturday's game with Texas State averaging only 118 yards
per game on the ground, and just 84 per game over their past four games. They nearly
had their average by the 10-minute mark of the second quarter in a 49-17 blowout of the
Bobcats at Jim Wacker Field at Bobcat Stadium. -- Erupting offensively from the outset
Saturday night behind fiery sophomore quarterback Paul Harris, the Northwestern State
got past Southeastern Louisiana squad 35-16, scoring the first three times they took
possession and carrying a 35-9 lead into the final quarter at Strawberry Stadium. -- Stephen
F. Austin scored early and often Saturday night to defeat Nicholls, 48-13, at Guidry Stadium.
The victory moves SFA to 7-2 on the season and 4-1 in Southland Conference play, and keeps
them in a tie atop the conference standings.

Week-11 Game-of-the-Week: Sam Houston State at Central Arkansas
Week-11 Preview:
McNeese State, Northwestern State and Stephen F. Austin remain tied atop the
Southland Conference standings heading into the final two weeks of the regular season. With
wins in their final two games, the Lumberjacks can clinch at least a share of the conference
title and earn the league's automatic berth into the NCAA playoffs. No. 7/8 Stephen F. Austin
plays host to Southeastern Louisiana this week and to Northwestern State the final week of the
season. If McNeese State wins its final two games - Saturday against Texas State and Nov. 20
at Central Arkansas - the Cowboys would earn a share of their 14th conference championship.
They need a loss by SFA in order to claim the league's automatic bid into the playoffs.Northwestern
State, a winless team a season ago, is just two wins away from clinching a share of a conference
championship. The Demons would need to win Saturday against Nicholls and then beat Stephen F.
Austin next week to earn a co-championship. They would need a McNeese State loss to earn the
automatic berth into the playoffs. Central Arkansas is still in the mix. With remaining
games against Sam Houston State and McNeese State it will need help to gain a piece of the
conference championship, but the Bears can be 8-3 and would be an attractive team to the
NCAA selection committee.
